Refund Policy
Note - All refund requests must be requested in written with or without reasons else refund request won't be considered. Fees non-transferrable. Refund policy for various training types as mentioned below.
For Live Online Training:
For Self-Paced Learning / Recorded Lectures Learning
For Classroom Training:
For Live Online Training:
- Eligibility Criteria - Refunds to be requested max within 30days from date of admission or occurrence of any one of below two points (whichever earlier), else no refunds
- 1. Refund requested anytime before start of batch >> Refund Amount will be Amount Paid minus Rs.1500 (Admission and administrative charges)
- 2. After start of batch and before completion of 3 Lectures >> Refund Amount will be Amount Paid minus Rs.1500 (Admission and administrative charges)
- 3. After 3 lectures >> no refunds
- Refunds (if any) to be processed in 7 business days from date of approval
For Self-Paced Learning / Recorded Lectures Learning
- Full refund without any deduction if requested within 2 days from date of enrollment provided you have not downloaded any training material and have not watched more than first 2 lectures
- After 2 days from date of enrollment - no refunds
- Refunds (if any) to be processed in 7 business days from date of approval
For Classroom Training:
- No refunds. You can visit institute, meet trainer and take demo before taking the admission.
